Easy Vacation Solutions, LLC will continue to market and advertise the property during the term of the agreement, it expiration of the ninety (90) days period, and action taken after a request is made and is handle by me, the owner of the property. If you or another company rent your property for the same or more cost establish in this agreement, we will reimburse the cost of the registration in full.

Easy Vacation Solutions, LLC cannot and does not appraise the rental price. The rental price has been established by you, the owner. Easy Vacation Solutions, LLC has no guarantees as to the rental price you may receive.

Easy Vacation Solutions, LLC does not have a specific renter at the present time and is NOT affiliated with any timeshare resort, RCI, Interval International or any other outside entities

Although your vacation home will be potentially exposed to millions of potential renters, Easy Vacation Solutions, LLC does not have specific reservations for your vacation rental property, resort, or any third party.
Easy Vacation Solutions, LLC is not affiliated with your personal vacation rental property, resort, or any third-party organization.

Easy Vacation Solutions, LLC makes no guarantees as to the period of time it will take for you to rent your vacation rental property, resort, or any third-party organization the success rate of our marketing program, or the rental price you receive.

When your vacation rental property, resort, or any third-party organization has a rental offer, offers are forwarded to you directly, you can accept, decline or negotiate your offers.

You are entitled to a refund if you provide easyvacationsolutions@hotmail.com customer service department with a written notice of cancellation, terminating your marketing program within ten (10) business days (see Timeshare owners right of cancelation for full details).

The owner agrees that He/She were not based on anything other than what is expressly stated in this document in the decision to enter voluntary and freely this contract.

Any resale contract entered by or on behalf by the consumer timeshare reseller must comply in all respects with F.S. §721.065, including the provision of a 10-day cancellation period for you, the consumer. By signing below, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to the terms stated above.
